Quartz stone vacuum vibration molding press (10 motors)
The machine is R&D by ourselves and get a Patent in China. It isconstituted by hydraulic pressure system, vibrate system, vacuum system and belt transportation system. After rough slabs (which was sliked by hand) was passed into the machine, it will make the slabs automaticly: material in→vacuumizing→forcing→vibration→discharge pressuer→slabs out.
PERFORMANCE AND ADVANTAGE OF KINGSUN'S PRESS
1.The machine can be operated manually or automatically and easily, parameters can be input by the touch screen.
2.Simple operation, vibration motors are on top of the press, which is easy to inspected by eye, low failure rate, simple structure design, low maintenance
3.The thickness of finished slabs change from 10mm to 35mm, the max size of the slab is 1680x3250mm. For smaller size slab manufacturing, it can be adjusted without changing the mold. It is easy to operation. We can make the pressing machine for different size.
4.Vacuum room of the machine is the smallest in quartz machines, which shortens the time to vacuumize efficiently (about 30s for -0.1MP), the productivity is greatly improved.
5.According to the difference in the thickness of plates, the vibrating time and frequency can be set freely, generally 1-2 minutes is enough.
6.Resin rate: According to the size of the quartz material, resin rate is around 8%~12%, which make a good stone density, high flatness, no pin hole.
7.Main transportation belt adopts the dedicated belt. Frequency speed control, features with forward and backward function, pinpoint location.
