1.0-paper slitting and rewinding machine
Used to slit the paper to the required width, with hydraulic shaftless mill roll stand. Paper roll max width 65" and 58" diameter can be loaded and slitted. There are 25 blades top and down with adjustable, slitted as two rewinding shaft. The tension and position of rewinding can be adjustable by paper mill roll stand.
1.0-Edge protector station, Model FT-S600 fly shear
To make paper edge protectors, paper angle board, paper corner pieces.
Manufactured in steel frame, national standard angle bar, 10mm thickness steel sheet, guaranteeing rigidity and stability.
Speed control through frequency inverter.
1.1-Included accessories
All the cables, electronic panels, inverters, HMI(human-machine interface Data input) Taiwan "HITECH" and Siemens PLC, OMRON ENCODER, TATAL servo-motor and English version system program.

4.0-Preforming and Forming
Full screw adjustable, aluminium frame.
8 set pressure wheels unit, made of 45# steel bar, Φ240mm, up chrome wheels, down thermal treatment, one set of texturing wheel, 8 sets of Φ80*50 cylinder(SAZN), 4 sets of pressure adjusting valve, 4 sets of manual control Valve, 8 sets of roller bearing sets.
The speed variation control is electronic
Individual pneumatic cylinders to adjust the pressure of the press units
Adjustable control for each press unit in the way to product different sizes of edge boards
5.0-Automatic Cutting station ( Guillotine)
Used in the pre cut of the paper edge protector.
Works in line with the Edge protector station.
The guillotine and cutting carriage are actuated through pneumatic system, and the speed control is synchronized with the forward movement of the own paper edge pieces. The cutting carriage is on linear guides, allowing cuts with precision, quality, free of dust.
Servomotor system kit to drive the cutting carriage, guaranteeing more precision and cutting speed.
Cutting cycles up to 30 cycles/minute, cutting precision + - 0.50mm.
6.0-Packaging stacker
Automatic conveyor belt feeding, counting and stacking.
7.0-S-1 Single color flexo printing device.
This machine is processing as paper feeding\printing\hot air drying, directly connect to paper edgeboard macking line and finished product. It is apply to print logo(trademark & pattern printing) on surface paper. It is simple to operation and maintaince, engrave words clearly and good quality printed.
