1. This system includs three party, front lifting machine (includs auto slab pushing and pulling system), 16-layer sandwiches oven, and back lifting machine.
2. This system overcome the disadvantages of trandition type sandwiches oven. Such as dip deep hole foundation, running not so stable, high energy consumption, slab polluted easily, and so on. It adopts light loading lifting technology to assuer a safe and stable running performance. The heating system using heating molds inside to control the heating effectively. It features a high efficiency heating process, curing completely and no deforming. It occupys less land to save the space. The upper and bottome mold temperature can be adjusting independantly, which help a lot to avoide the slab deform.
3. The major structure of this 16-layer sandwiches oven is using the heating oil as the heating source (heating oil prepared by the customer). The system supply constant temperature hot oil to the sandwiches oven automaticly for slab heating. It is able to set different temperature to the upper and bottome mold to reduce the slab deforming. the heating mold is made by stee.
